WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE
International Shipping
All your ordered jewellery pieces will be shipped from our base in Hong Kong. We will provide you with a delivery tracking number once the shipment has left our base. Your signature would be required upon receipt to ensure the shipment has been delivered in decent condition.
Please note that orders cannot be delivered to post office boxes.
Your ordered items usually dispatch from our base within 1-2 working days of your order. Upon dispatch, a notification email will be sent to you detailing the tracking details and estimated delivery time.

Delivery times can vary depending on the service available, both on our side and on the respective local postal service in charge of the final delivery to you.
It usually takes
2-6 business days for Asia,
3-8 business days for Europe, Oceania and Australia,
3-11 business days for North and South America,
4-14 business days for Africa.
Please keep in mind that delivery delays can be caused by e.g. Covid-related restrictions, weather events, customs or strikes.
We will do our best to make sure your shipment is on track.
However, any refused or unclaimed international orders will not be eligible for refund.
Order Details and Confirmation
All orders are charged at the time of purchase, inclusive of special and sales items.
Once your order is placed, we will not be able to change or modify your recipient details, shipping address, and ordered items.

All our product images are shot to show as much detail as possible to aid your decision making. Please note that some items may appear smaller or larger than their actual sizes, and may not be shown to scale.
There are always the approximate dimensions of each jewellery piece indicated in the item description section for your assistance.
Please understand that computer monitors have different settings, so colours and sizes may vary visually. If you have any questions regarding the physical aspects of an item, please message us on the Contact Us page.
Duties and Tax
We are not responsible for international taxes and duties.
Such costs vary across different countries’ customs, therefore we would advise you to check the fees required to go through customs in the country of destination, to avoid any hiccups.
Packaging
All ordered items are carefully stored in our little pouches, before they are wrapped and placed in our environmentally friendly double layered carton boxes.
There may be complimentary little notes and cards from our lovely ladies.
So do look out for that! *wink*
Returns & Exchanges
As every single piece in our jewellery collection are unique and exclusive, both in quantity (there is only ONE piece!) and in style.
Hence, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges would be accepted under any circumstances.
