Order

How do I know if my order has been received?

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us, which tells you your order has been followed up.

If an item is out of stock, can I still order it?

No.

Once an item is out of stock, you cannot order it.

As there is only ONE piece of each item available, there will not be any restocking of the same item in the future.

Can I change or cancel my order?

No.

All orders are charged at the time of purchase, inclusive of special and sales items.

Once your order is placed, we will not be able to change or modify your recipient details, shipping address, and ordered items.

Why does my jewellery seem to look a little different?

All our product images are shot to show as much detail as possible to aid your decision making. Please note that some items may appear smaller or larger than their actual sizes, and may not be shown to scale in photo-images.

There are always the approximate dimensions of each jewellery piece indicated in the item description section for your assistance.

Please understand that computer monitors have different settings, so colours and sizes may vary visually. If you have any questions regarding the physical aspects of an item, please message us on the Contact Us page.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay debit and credit cards, and many more.

How do I know if my payment has been received?

Once your payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us on the receipt of your payment.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes.
We currently ship to the following

Please note that orders cannot be delivered to post office boxes.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times can vary depending on the service available, both on our side and on the respective local postal service in charge of the final delivery to you.
It usually takes
    2-6 business days for Asia,
    3-8 business days for Europe, Oceania and Australia,
    3-11 business days for North and South America,
    4-14 business days for Africa.    

Please keep in mind that delivery delays can be caused by e.g. Covid-related restrictions, weather events, customs or strikes.
We will do our best to make sure your shipment is on track.

However, any refused or unclaimed international orders will not be eligible for refund.

Refund, Return & Exchange

Do you do refunds?

Please note that all sales are final.

We do not do refunds.

Also, any refused, unretrieved, missing or unclaimed packages of international orders will not be eligible for refund.

Can I return or exchange my order item?

No returns or exchanges would be accepted under any circumstances.

As every single piece in our jewellery collection are unique and exclusive, both in quantity (there is only ONE piece!) and in style.

All sales are final.

Product Care

How do I look after my jewellery?

- Our jewelleries should be stored in a cool, dark, dry place.

- Do not wash or soak any jewellery pieces.

- Avoid contact with liquids and chemicals, including (but not limited to) water, perfume, lotions & creams, hairspray, and body oils.

- Avoid long and overexposures to strong sunlight, to prevent colour fading and tarnishing.

- Keep jewelleries away from abrasive surfaces.

- Do not drop them on the floor or knock them against hard surface as this may cause cracks and damage.

- Only wipe them with clean, soft and non-abrasive cloth after wearing and before storing it away.

- Make sure any lingering moisture, oils or dust is gone before storing it away.

- Keep each jewellery piece stored separately from one another, to avoid scratches or tarnishing.

- Jewelleries can come in contact with moisture and air which speeds up tarnishing over time. You can store each jewellery piece in a ziplock bag and squeeze out the air before sealing it up, and/or in airtight boxes.
